People in the Bay Area was able to enjoy snow at an 80 degress weather yesterday while 1998 Gold Medalist Jonny Moseley participated in the Big Air Competition. (normally doesn't snow here)

Too bad none of the Pros were wearing Oakleys except for 1 and it's just the A frame with a couple of stickers on his board.

A lot of spectators where wearing Oakleys including ME!!!

Here are some Photo:

closing down of the steep street of San Francisco to pour 10000 cubic feet of snow.

Jonny Mosley with his signiture Helicopter move

and finally it's ME as a spectator making it to the city's newspaper. Too bad I had my arms up or else my RUBY Juliet would have been blaring RED in the photo.

Anything like this happenin' in your city? Too bad SPY optics is the one sponsoring the event so there were no O banners to be found.

That is so bloody awesome. I frickin' love the States! Glad you were there to enjoy it on our behalf Cal. Way too cool. That pick of Mosley with a sunny San Fran day in the background is inspirational.

Thanks Rick, that was really a spectacular event that doesn't come around too often. I wished Oakley would sponsor such event because it's almost like daredevil stuff.

The jump was so awesome that the skiers/boarders jump cleared the intersection with some aerial flips and 360s.

That 3rd picture with me in it shows you how steep the street is. almost like 45 degrees

Some of those San Fran streets have a better slope than most mountains. Good idea to slick them over and snowboard.

I love the teal old-school logo on his ski. Could the goggle be a Crowbar?
