I just was checking out the Oakley website and I saw a Juliet with a brown frame and VR28-black irridium lens.
Is this new?

Yeah, that's new to me. Haven't seen that color before. Looks pretty slick.

They must've just entered it into the system, I was there 2 hours ago and I didn't see it. Wow, i'm surprised they actually came out with a new color scheme for the bloated Juliet selection. Even more surprised it's as simple as "brown" and not like "Moistened Dirt" or whatever. Looks like my quest to collect every Juliet frame just got longer ^_^

Hey, on a side note, why did they bother to add that new one, but not Carbon/Black Iridium Polarized? I know it's available cos they have a display for it at the Oakley Store near me, so I figured they'd have it on the website as well.

That is an excellent color combo. Now do I shoot for getting those or the Brown Hatchet?

Tough choice. You can't go wrong with the style of a Juliet, but the Hatchets really have a look all their own. Juliet's aren't going anywhere though, and who knows how long the Hatchets will last.

having seen both i would choose the hatchets, just because they are new and more exciting to me.

I'm just glad to see that oakley hasn't killed the juliet line yet :)

Anyone got a RL photo of these yet? Maybe Brown Emerald would be good (or maybe you'd look like Swamp Thing).

Ah - the combos that I'm thinking of
Brown - Ti Polarized (I'll say it again, the best lens I know)
Brown - Ti Clear

Brown Why 3

Looks just like the standard prescription Light Blue lens they have, 66% light transmission, no mirror.

That eBay listing looks more like the Titanium/Gold Iridium version to me. Also, the right T-shock is missing. I'd avoid this one.

You're right, it does look more like the titanium/gold now that I look at it. Good, cos it wasn't as brown as i had hoped ^_^
