I don’t know when the Oakley Travel Retail Exclusive program began. Most of it is pretty tame and can be had via regular release or the OCP, which is why I haven’t followed it through the years, but I’m assuming the first exclusive was the 2011 Fuel Cell and the the program officially as a “thing” in 2014.
