Check it, because now I am salivating more than ever to see this. After all the new trailers I see every night on TV and reading this I can't wait.

Sounds great. Probably won't be able to see it until DVD, and then another few months until I get a chance to watch it since the wife probably won't be interested. Maybe I'll try to catch a showing in Hawaii.

Phil, the same movie twice in 12 hours that is impressive.
ive only ever done that like 3 times and its only been with DVDs. i bought "Harold and Kumar go to the white castle" when i was in NYC and i had never seen it.
i watched it alone and was crying with laughter the whole time so then the next day i forced my GF to watch it with me, she didnt like it as much as i did, lol

I saw SM2 at midnight then the next day at 11am, then again three days later. Fantastic! I bet you all don't know I cried during SM1 it was so good. And I cried when I first saw the Sin City footage. That's how excited I am. I've never seen anything in the theater more the 3 times - Monsters, Inc.; Sleepy Hollow, SM1, SM2, Harry Potter:POA; and so on. This'll be the record breaker. I've read and loved Millers books since I really got into comics and I thought we would never, ever see a Sin City film. And with luck, Rodriguez said he wants to do the entire series. I'm hoping Hell and Back next, which can be a 2 hour movie itself. So can A Dame to Kill For.

I've never seen a movie twice in the theaters, in fact I can probably count on both hand, the number of times I've actually been to the movies. Most movies I don't care to watch over again. The only exceptions are Goonies, Lord of the Rings trilogy and Mallrats.

As good as the LOTR films were, I can't do them again. I love seeing flicks in the theater when they're worth it and when I can. My old roommate, the film major at SCAD, saw Lost in Space in the theater 20+ times. He's sick.

Not sure what makes a film re-watchable. Still haven't figure out what I actually like. Most movies I just can't bare to do over again.

fook, lost in space sucked!!!

I have over 600 movies on dvd and I judge my favourites by ones that i could watch again and again without getting bored.
this is confusing to others as movies that i absolutely love and find spectacular like forest gump, LOTR trilogy, and too many others to mention. those arent on my favourite list cos i can only watch them once a year at the most.
i currenlty have 9 on my favourites list and youd probably be suprised at the movies on it.

I saw Lost in Translation in theatres and ran back the next night to see it again. I would have gone more but its run was over. Bought the DVD and I could watch it on repeat over and over and over.

WARNING: apparently this movie polarizes groups - either you loved it or viciously hated it (and hate the people that liked it). If you didn't like or 'get' it let's not fight : )

You all like good ones. Contact is fantastic. I'll see anything that Zemeckis does even if it's not listed. Sandlers flicks like Madison, Gilmore and even 50 First Dates. Dumb and Dumber. I got burnt out on the Matrix series quickly. I didn;t see Lost in Translation yet but it's on a long list. Lex, I completely forgot about High Fidelity. Saving Silverman go tme into Neil Diamond, as well as teh Crooked FIngers covering his music. And Blast from the Past! Brendan Fraiser is actually my fav actor. He's great, he just needs more options for the flicks he does.

Matrix 2 had some cool premises with the ghosts and werewolves being system glitches that moved from one version of the matrix to another though. 3 blew.

And the Kill Bill films are up there too for me. I;m just waiting for an ultimate directors cut merging them into one huge movie.
