It says the lens is Prizm Road but it looks like some kinda camo.

That is the camo Iridium! Supposedly super hard to do so it got canceled. There was supposed to be a whole line where the lens and frame matched to be an oakley store exclusive. Hope this is a good sign for the Line!

And out of stock. Good since I almost caved.

Would be nice if there were some limited, but not 100-limited options

Is this limited-production-and-sold-online-only a new company-wide initiative by Lux? i.e. There are more coming up? Ray-ban has been doing it the last few months with the Meteor and the upcoming Wings, and of course Oakley has done Carbon Prime and TDF Radar Pace.

Might make sense. It seems to be the higher priced models for the limited runs. I think mainly because they need to include all the business level stuff for creating a new SKU, and tracking inventory. The one-offs have to be a minimum of $700, but can go down with some volume.
