Without having a traditional frame, it makes me wonder how the fit will be affected. I'm assuming it is going to be a bit looser than with the M-frame.

Should be similar to the New Zero, but Luis has a good video review of it.

Hopefully i'm not double-tapping this. Just saw the SI Tombstone up on Oakley SI & a couple of other tactical sites. I didn't see it on Oakley main, though ...

That was a cool video review there. Anyone now what he's wearing on hit right wrist? Looks like an Oakley ripcord bracelet. Never seen that before, anyone know?

Luis makes a lot of his own, so it could be a custom.

Thought so, Oakley should make them! Cool idea.

Not sure if this has been posted anywhere else, and if so I'll apologize in advance for any unintended duplication.

I just received my first pair of Tombstone this week and was not expecting the lens shape for Reap to be so large. By no means is it a complaint, just unexpected. Preferred actually, as I am big fan of the older Heater and Range lens shapes. The lens height for Reap feels close to that of Jawbreaker, with obvious differences in fit, weight and peripherals.

I grabbed some other frames to give a reference for size, hoping to help anyone else looking into purchasing right now. I'm curious how much smaller the Spoil lens size is compared to Reap.

I believe Spoil is mainly smaller on the bottom. Like Heater vs Hybrid

Does anyone know if there is another nose piece out there that works with Tombstone?

Just recently received a pair of Oakley Tombstone Spoils with the new Sporting clays Prizm lens. I shoot a lot of competition Sporting and have used Oakley M-Frames for the past 20 years and have collected a variety of lens shades in that time.

I will say I love everything about the Tombstone and especially the Prizm Sporting lens except the fit. In no way do they compare to the original M-Frame as far as feeling secure on your head. They seem a bit flimsy and loose unless your wearing them under a cap or muffs. I could literally shake them off my head if I wanted to whereas there ain't no way your going to do that with M-Frames. I've read this same complaint on a number of other reviews as well so I know it's not just me. In time I would hope they fix this by offering a lens that is not quite so long laterally which would IMO secure things a bit better for smaller heads.

Otherwise, I love everything else about the Tombstone.

Thanks for the thoughts. I haven't worn mine out, but I can see them not feeling as secure. M Frames, like the original Half Jacket, had those fangs that gripped your head and never let go. I think the lack of brow frame will always lead to that. I'm curious to see how the EV's hold up to shooting since they (and the Jaw Breakers) adopted the same upper-center vision extension.
