My name is Andy. I have been a collector for about two years now. I am in the military and move a lot around the country, usually every three years. I am an x-metal guy all the way. I think Oakley made a mistake by retiring their x-metal line, but hey...just my opinion. But I digress, I enjoy the hobby and I am constantly moving my collection around to keep it fresh.

Welcome. A lot of people were disappointed with the X-Metal retirement. There's a ton of rumors about the return, but I guess only time will tell.

Welcome to the site. Still working on my first x-metal. When it comes down to it, if I'm going to spend $200-500 on a single pair, I stop and think hey I could get like 6-8 pairs of o-matter's. Easy deterrent. I'll eventually get one, though, lol. Quantity over quality, though it is all quality. It all works out in the end. :p
