Seems Oakley removed most of the associated pics from http://www.oakley.com/community/posts/4203 . Wonder what happened?

I noticed that too. And I didn't snag them. Anyone care to post the full size pic of the new Radarlock?

They probably pulled them to remove the dates, they were really confusing people. The dates were the year the movies were out not the sunglasses. The 2014 was making a lot of people thing it was a new Radarlock coming out especially when it was spread o. Social Media out of the context of the movie. It is NOT a new radarlock, Just like the X-Metals with the blinders its just a prop.

Okay, so who's going to take on the project to make the X Men Radarlock? Count me in for one!

Only a matter of time before someone replicates it. Everything is being replicated these days.

At first glance, it doesn't seem it would be all that complicated for someone who is skilled in prop making. The hardest part is figuring out the lens shape/cut, which I do hope Oakley eventually officially releases. It's a very slim lens, with the bottom coming just below the nose piece. It'd be the Slit lens version for the Radarlock.

$111M domestic after the first 4 days. While not breaking any records like it did 14 years ago (can't believe it's been that long!), the brand is fighting back to prominance. $300M + total worldwide is pretty damn good as well. Looking forward to the followup to DoFP.

Absolutely incredible movie! Easily the best X Men movie yet, and as always, make sure to stay through the credits!!!

Is anyone here good with 3D modeling software? Those bottom pieces look like they'd be pretty simple to render, then send the design to Shapeways for 3D printing. The designs on the lens could either be laser etched or even done with diecut vinyl (not as durable, but if it's just for looks/display...), and if we could talk Dr Chop out of retirement to cut down the lens...

Though there is no official confirmation, some are saying Wolverine's glasses are the Oliver Peoples Sanford. If so, that's another Oakley connection.

How about the connection to the Sanford and Son theme they used?

Finally got some screenshots of the movie. I didn't bother downloading the digital copy and just took a snapshot of my TV screen, which explains the less than stellar image quality. At any rate, recall the image posted by Oakley:

It seems production may have modified the glasses provided by Oakley:
