No, that's just Cal's eBay listing. He's been using that picture for awhile. If you look at the bottom of that listing, there's an invitation to come to this site.
cal's a good guy and a good seller, I've actually bought glasses from him on Ebay. If you notice, below the aforementioned invitation is a "trademark" for the banner and Picture.
and how about that price for a Timebomb?
oh, and cal, the line "10 BAR Hydrophibic waterproof"? you should probably change that to waterproof to 10 atmospheres (1 bar=1 atm.). more people will understand that, I think.

i think this pic was longer ago than that, judging by the number of oakleys - we even used a couple fakes because we didn't have enough real ones to cover his head.

The auction got yanked off the site because of...possible misuse of a picture. This time, It's Oakley. I was being stupid and used a photo logo. THEY ARE DEFINITELY WATCHING US. I have used the logo for months. Anyway the auction is back and revised. Brian thanks for all and I changed it to atmospheres.

no prob. I remember when I was getting into cars that it took a while to figure out what 1 Bar was a measure for. Turns out it's just a short way to say 1 Atmosphere of pressure.
I guess when you work in the middle of the night you can have a little freedom to check the forum and your auctions, huh?

i was thinking maybe the auction got visited from this page so much, and that this page is titled "possible misuse of a picture", that some ebay system might have freaked and pulled it
