Still trying to find out the impact on Oakley, if any. On their website, RB is listed under the "Sponsors" grouping while Oakley is listed under the "Official Suppliers" grouping, so there seemingly is a differentiation between the two deals.

Seems like different deals with different terms that don't step on each others' toes.

Oakley: According to the agreement, Oakley is the Official Licensee in eyewear, as well as the Official Supplier to Scuderia Ferrari.

RB: As part of the sponsorship, the Ray-Ban logo will appear on SF16-H Ferrari’s Formula One car livery.
