Hey guys, glad I stumbled into this forum!

Does anyone know if there is any difference between the normal M-Frame lenses and the 2.0 ones (i.e. the Military Issued ones)?

I know the middle top is different, there is a hole to clip the 2.0 version.

What I want to know is, is there any difference in curvature between the 2 lenses?
Also is the nose bridge shape exactly the same?

Are there lens hooks in the normal retail version of the M-Frame Lens that will fit the nose bridge well as if it were a M-Frame 2.0 Lens?

They say they fit the M-Frame 2.0 but do not mention the M-Frame.

I really want to get some inserts and have found no other options. I cannot Rx the glasses directly because my degree is too high.

To the very best of my knowledge, all M Frame lenses will fit in all M Frames (I'm about 99% certain). Yes, the S.I. lenses have the hole drilled in the middle for the clip, but they should still be interchangeable nonetheless.

Terrorism has more M Frames than most have glasses of any sort, so he would know. I believe from my experience, that they should fit, but of course any non SI lens would have to have the hole drilled to accommodate the clip.

I have interchanged lenses between M Frame and M Frame 2.0 with no issues.

The lens clip on the 2.0 is removeable if you want to use a non-drilled lens. It is rather stiff plastic, but it does come off. I think I even switched a clip from a 2.0 to a regular M Frame once so I could use a drilled lens on the regular M Frame.

I can say with 100% certainty that the lenses are all interchangeable all the way up to a SI M Frame 3.0. I wear them for work and have worn just about every light and dark in every M frame and with and without clips. There's a reason this classic continues to live on.
