Hi guys, can anyone share how to remove the Scalpel Nose Pads and exchange it?

I haven't had a chance to change Scalpel nose bombs, but wouldn't it be similar to changing it on other Oakley's with nose bombs (stretch it enough to get it off the hooks) ?

Scalpel and Straight Jacket use nosebombs mounted with some sort of plastic carrier. I'm not sure how that attaches to the frame itself.
