So I remember hearing rumors awhile back about the Elite line being expanded to other product categories (accessories, apparel, etc). Has anyone heard anything new about that?

I haven't heard anything but I hope it happens.

I don't know if this is accurate at all, but an O Store manager I was talking to a while back said Oakley would love to put another Elite sunglass on the market, but they have nothing in in the near term. The only eyewear-based release he knows of is planned for 2013 or 2014. Take that with a grain of salt.

That leaves plenty of time to start saving though!

There were bags, but they were awful looking. Lots of graphics...definitely not worthy of the Elite branding

I thought the WTF was going to be Elite...but I thought that was slated for release sooner than 2013.

No official word on the WTF. It was just our guess/hope that it might be part if the Elite lineup.

I have been informed by a brand manager from O that the WTF is non exsistant. No such product called WTF is in the pipeline.

Hope its not true.

I'm thinking/hoping that they are saying that to keep it under wraps or they are getting off on a technicality because the "WTF" will be called something else. So technically there is no product called WTF because the actual item will be released under a different name.

Yeah, I'm hoping that "WTF" is just a working name and not many know about it because of that, much like how not many people knew about the Warrant when it was called the M6 (or was it M9?).

I feel the term WTF is just an internal name and the official name will be different.

The Nanowires had an internal name of MJK (Maui Jim Killers) before they were released as Nanowires.
