Any ideas how I can get them replaced! As they're discontinued I don't think Oakley will replace them and theres a money grabbing shylock trying to sell a set of unobtainium on eBayt for £70 (plus £21 P&P obviously because a pack of unobtainium is so heavy and bulky it needs its own seat on a plane lol).

Any suggestions?

That comment alone is worth the price of admission. :{}
eBay is shifting gears soon, and shipping price will be included when calculating final value, so people who sell super cheap and charge ridiculous shipping can't escape fees this way.

I had the same issue. I took them to Oakley and they fixed them for me. Basically they had bottoms gaskets only and they cut the extra rubber off of them and fit them on the top. I called earlier and they said that they had no gaskets but I should send them in anyways. Since I live close I walked them in and they fixed them for me.

I am also after one of these gaskets - basically the opposite one that Dorian circled.

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a sheet of rubber I could buy to cut out one.

I've looked on eBay for 1mm thick black rubber sheets, do you reckon that would do the trick?
