Family: Men Sandals
Date: 2004

It wasn?t long ago when salt water and solar rays were the grim reapers of sandals. Then Oakley took the best materials available and created true amphibious designs. This one combines anatomical contouring and anti-bacterial treatment with EVA shock absorption. The high-grade vulcanized tread maximizes traction in any environment, arid or aquatic.

3-D Airmesh lining and contoured toe strap for a comfortable, secure fit

easily the most comfortable pair of sandals i have ever worn. my feet don't sweat as much in them.
i noticed there is a bit of a break in period for them though, but after a day or so they weren't rubbing any blisters

I got the grey, red and white combo. Looks sporty and decent at the same time. comfy for wear at home or for going out without getting all embarassed since they aint cheap and it has a red metal O icon on the side

I have had good and bad experiences with Oakley sandals. I am pleased to say that this Split Smoke is a great sandal and very comfortable. I have the red/grey combo and I have been impressed with the durability and the comfort. I can see how the fit can be hit and miss, but luckily for me, this pair fits nice and snug. Overall, a solid sandal that won't break the bank.

I like 'em a lot. Problem is I have flat, narrow feet, so the strap doesn't really do a lot to hold them on my feet. I end up having to pinch the toe strap between my toes to keep them on.

Still, the look (especially the Red/Grey) is awesome.

Please, O, make more adjustable sandals!

This is just okay for me. Nothing really special. The strap is a little too stiff for my liking. I don't wear them as often compared to my Teva Sandals. It was an impulse purchase. As usual, it was the design that sold me this pair.
