easily the most comfortable pair of sandals i have ever worn. my feet don't sweat as much in them.
i noticed there is a bit of a break in period for them though, but after a day or so they weren't rubbing any blisters
I got the grey, red and white combo. Looks sporty and decent at the same time. comfy for wear at home or for going out without getting all embarassed since they aint cheap and it has a red metal O icon on the side
I have had good and bad experiences with Oakley sandals. I am pleased to say that this Split Smoke is a great sandal and very comfortable. I have the red/grey combo and I have been impressed with the durability and the comfort. I can see how the fit can be hit and miss, but luckily for me, this pair fits nice and snug. Overall, a solid sandal that won't break the bank.
I like 'em a lot. Problem is I have flat, narrow feet, so the strap doesn't really do a lot to hold them on my feet. I end up having to pinch the toe strap between my toes to keep them on.
Still, the look (especially the Red/Grey) is awesome.
Please, O, make more adjustable sandals!
Color: Navy
This is just okay for me. Nothing really special. The strap is a little too stiff for my liking. I don't wear them as often compared to my Teva Sandals. It was an impulse purchase. As usual, it was the design that sold me this pair.
Without a doubt this sandal is comfortable. The sole looks durable not like the other brands you find that dont last a season.
One of the reason i chose this is because of the stiffer strap were you could slide your feet in unlike the softer nylon material.
The only flaw i noticed is the strap seems a bit loose.I think its suppose to be snug on top of your feet but then again it could just be me.
I got the navy and I don't even wear it. It's just alright
Unlike other sandals that I tried, the sizing of this model is true. It fits my feet nicely and in a way, the softness of the rubber kill a little bit of the shock. This is the same reason why it's very comfortable to wear it the whole day. The only negative thing that I found is the strap (on some, not all - maybe a QC issue) that is in-between the toes is a little sharp.
