Color: Yellow and a BLK Pair

A collector piece that every Oakley enthusiast has in their collection. They are getting very difficult to find, get them while you can. They are definitely sticky, I can't tell if it is the rubber breaking down due to age, or the way they are suppose to perform brand new. Either way, I am glad I have them.

I always wanted to own these, and I finally found a set - and they even have the original logo on them! Like Dann, I would NEVER use them, but I proudly display them on top of my display case in honor of the first item Oakley ever produced.

The grip was originally designed for motocross and supercross. The grips had a 'tab' on each end that was supposed to aid your leverage, but it just used to get in the way when you pulled back the throttle. The Oakley grip had 2 versions, 1st gen had the original Oakley logo that used a knobbie tire as the letter O, and the 2nd gen had the newer thermonuclear protection logo.

Finally got these. The box wasn't in mint shape but still together. Can't complain. I don't ever intend to use these, but they make a nice display item.
