A vast improvement in fit for those of us with Asian or otherwise flatter noses compared to the regular Fives 3.0. These sit high enough on my nose and far enough from my face that the bottom of the frame stays away from my cheeks. Also, these have the now standard earstems that curve inward at the rear to increase grip, unlike some of the early production runs of the regular fit that had very straight stems that would allow the glasses to slide.

Fives in general are great entry-level glasses or simply lower-cost alternatives to the pricier styles that still offer the fit, features, and quality one expects from Oakley. The square-ish lens shape fits the current trend but has somewhat softer edges and cleaner lines than other models (e.g. Gascan, Canteen)to fit a wider range of faces.

Cinder Red is a dark metallic red that really sparkles in the sun. It reminds me of the old Blood or Redline used on Straight Jackets and Eye Jackets. G30 Titanium takes the usual pinkish base tint and combines it with a faint silver mirror (and TITANIUM etching, of course). The result is a fantastic lens that is good for anything from slight overcast to bright sun. It goes well with the Cinder Red frame without being too feminine so all of us manly men can still pull it off.

These are great! These are truly made to fit Asian faces. The nosepiece is much bigger and the bridge seems a little more narrower than the regular fit. It also wraps much better and doesn't slide off of my head. These are well worth the money!
(I customized mine, thus the Titanium)

Being asian, this is my first pair of Asian Fit Oakley. Fits me perfectly. the thickened nosepieces, curved earstems and narrower bridge is a vast improvement over the non-Asian Fit versions. I have medium face and it fits me perfectly. I must say that not all Oakley Asian Fit models fits my face. I guess the same goes with others. Ordered a pair of Gascan Asian Fit but they were too tight for me above the ears. having them on really gives me headaches. I'll be staying away from Gascans (asian fit).

The cinder red color is quite unique. the G30 lenses are superb in low to medium light conditions but still OK in slightly bright sunlight.

The only issue with Asian Fit frames, being in the U.K., is warranty. Oakley U.K., unfortunately, do not carry out warranty (repairs, frame replacement and lens replacement) on Asian fit models.

In all, if it's not for issues of warranty in the U.K on asian fit models, i'll give mine 4 skulls.

These are awesome. Im not asian but i have a smaller skinnier jead but a pronounced nose bridge so the oversized nosepiece fits me perfect. The normal 3.0's have the starighter ear stems and are too loose on my face. The curveture of the asian fit stems are a huge improvement. Kudos... five skulls.

MUCH larger nosepieces, almost look a bit silly. These fit much nicer on me than the regular Fives 3.0, however they still seem loose on my head. I have this problem with either pair that if I look down at something they'll fall right off - very easily.

I wouldn't have these high on the priority list unless you just absolutely love the look of course. I'd spring for the Asian Fit Gascan well before these.
