Frame: crystal red
Lens: + red iridium & grey strip
well prior to picking up this strip lense the 67 was my favourite, but having got a strip in my pocession-this is not the case now.
as mentioned, minimal protection, but the severe angle/cut of the lense from the nosepiece to the arms looks awesome when wearing or on display.
never thought id own one due to its rarity and its impossible to replace if it got damaged-so for that reason it must be a 5 due to its part in oakley history of what used to be and how very few people have the priviledge of owning one now.
now have 2 of these adding a grey strip to the set
Frame: M Frame
Lens: Strip
Cut in an almost straight line from the bottom of the nosepiece to the temple of the frame, the Strip lens showcases a "minimalist" design and provides only basic protection from UV rays or any other debris that nature has to offer. Even during its time of production this lens was rarely seen; today it is almost impossible to find. Due to the seeming absence of design inginuity and lack of facial coverage I rate these lenses very low; on the other hand, because they are extremely rare and exhibit the heritage of Oakley's interchangable eyewear I have to increase my consideration a bit.
