I used to have one as an RN. The little loop was great for my badge or pen, etc. The little skull eventually did wear off after many shifts, but as lanyards go it was fine.

I think the stencil lanyard is the hands-down winner of the Oaklye lanyard selections. So while the skull lanyard is nice and all, it just seems that the quality is a notch below that of the stencil lanyard.

It finally came with the detachable safety feature, It's nice and I like it

Nice and subtle way to "O"- cessorize at work. I especially like the d-ring. It's great to hang a jump drive or even a pen from. I also like the breakaway feature. It keeps the safety Nazis at work at at bay (we're required to have one on our lanyard...no hangings on company time!).
