Carmel is one of those frame options that you have to see in person to truly appreciate. After recently acquiring a Carmel New M Frame, I can honestly say that this color holds a special place in my collection. Although only a select few lens hues match well with this metallic orange frame, Gold Iridium looks fantastic.

looks nicer on the EJ. in person. haven't wore it in a long time.. good material for the age of the sunglasses. is in A condition.

From the pics Dann posted of his EJ with this frame and the Vr50 lenses, I'd say it's a nice frame. Cant say it rocks my world, but I have been debating getting one so it obviously appealed to me. Too bad I won't be coming across any in the shops since it's discontinued ages ago.

Caramel comes in two flavors, the crystal option seen on the Rx above and also in an M Frame which is a solid/glitter frame and very orange.

This frame colour is boring, i would say it looks like a dark pumpkin orange with sparkly bits that can only really be seen when holding the glasses in bright light.
