Hi, all. I am a long time casual Oakley collector in the DC area. Formerly, I lived and mountain biked near 1 Icon Headquarters. My modest collection are all worn in rotation, no "safe queen" pairs.

I enjoy doing minor customization to my pairs to make them exactly how I want them, especially when the OCP doesn't have what I want (lens and icon changes, frame refinishing, etc)

Older pairs are my favorites: Xmetals. Monster Dogs and Standard Issue models with my favorites actually being the Jawbone/New Racing Jacket and Split Jacket.

Hope I can contribute to this forum. I have found this site to be very very helpful.

I have a tribal and a snow camo and it's exactly same than your description so don't worry anymore your snow camo is authentic - giuly

That's the funny thing, the tribal I have has the markings.

The camo doesn't.

Are you saying your snow camo doesn't have those markings?

What is most concerning is the lack of "4L" or "3R" etc on the arms inside the hinge.

I want a tribal MD so bad. I wish I had a blue camo fatcat to trade.

So, weird thing I noticed while uploading missing stuff to the database: The product number on a frame doesn't match the product number on the box. I buy almost all my Oakleys directly from Oakley or Oakley SI.

examples:
Radarlock Asian fit: frame says Oo9206-4238, box says oo9206-0940
