If those nose pieces you mentioned are shorter than the M-Frame one then maybe.

Or they need to have a cut-out like ballistic 2.0 nose piece to accommodate the pincher clips of the collector mumbo lens.

Does anyone know where to purchase a replacement nose piece for the collector mumbo model? I tried searching on the lux replacement parts site but the mumbo models aren't in the database...

I'm looking because I tried using a new m-frame nose piece but it doesn't quite fit the clip in holes on the collector mumbo lens, nor does a M2 nose piece work.

Looking online the Ballistic M-Frame 2.0 has similar lens to the new mumbo's but not quite the same. Does anyone have one of those nose piece to see if that fits?

Thanks

Looking for Gen.2 Ten X OO9128 lenses

Bummer about the goldies, as they were the only particular pair of interest to me. Would be fine with selling the lenses, unless you have some other split jacket or RJ/JB lenses or parts to offer in trade.

I have got some vented, Black Iridium or vented Persimmon~Black Iridium Transition lenses. Would be interested in Gold Split Jacket lenses, if you still have them?

I have a pair of MPH Bottlecap sunglasses - no longer use them, so if you like them let me know and we'll figure out a reasonable price - thanks.
Frames have superficial swirls seen in the 1st image close up, but not deep scratches or blemishes.
Lens edge by the nose bridge has pealing, left lens has 1 nick.

I'd love the Black arms that came on the 24-286 black light pairs, but that might be a long wait... so I'd be interested in other matching pairs in black, grey, or charcoal - Matte, Polished, solid, translucent it doesn't matter to me.

Alternatively I'd take a pair of mismatched color arms, and I'll attempt to paint them to match the my DIY Charcoal FMJ frog frames that I'm seeking arms for.

Otherwise is there a place where I can buy just the arms - I could only find lenses or custom full frogskins on Oakley's website?

The main way to tell between a 90's (Generation 2) and a modern (Collectors) is the hinge. On the older non-metals the pivot point was cylindrical. On the Collectors, it's tapered at the top and bottom almost like two cones merged at their base. Also the frogskins logo has a lowercase 'f' on the stem on the older ones. - Dann

Can you explain the embossed star that's by the right hinge, on some? Is that found on both Gen 2/3 pairs, was it done for every pair in that specific color-way or only a select few deeming the pairs with the embossed star rarer than those w/o a star. I've picked up mentions of the star from other threads, but no real solid explanation what does that star represent? Is it there to help ID authenticity? Or are the starred pairs a more rare frame?

I see what you mean by the added sparkle in colors, it defiantly makes them more appealing and harder to clone them. I'm thinking these Pink Flak's would suit the missis better than my retired pairs - she's not really into any of the colors I currently have. I was thinking the Lilac Purple socks would go quite nicely, especially with the +red lenses I have. Assuming I can grab these this weekend, I'll be looking to let go of one of my Flak Jackets...

As far as selling 2nd hand pairs, I'm a little hesitant to post on here as I'm not positive if my pair of Flak Jackets (12-901) are of acceptable condition for the Oakley connoisseur users/collectors that dwell here... Trying to mitigate the chances of having a sour sale, I usually go to ebay but figure there must be other platforms out there that people here use?

Is there a archive on which colors are considered Team Colors? Or is it more limited to just specific models?

Was one of the Team Colors' 'Glitter Pale Pink' - on my local craigs a women posted a pair of Flak Jackets that she called that color, she isn't really helpful with info or additional photos - keeps saying I should just come an check them out. If she didn't live in the boonies I'd be out there in second, since she's only asking 15 bucks - but for a color I've never come across, not sure if it's worth the effort. Below are the only photos she provided, says there's some writing on the inside of the arms but didn't say which or what it said...

Thanks for your incite btw!

It feels all the same, an upon doing more research the seam edges from injection mold on there are much messier than others I've found images of - thanks for the info about the yellow color!... Was green another popular faux color, like john deere green that is? Since, I've come across a few different models in that shade, but none would ever have SKU # and seller would state because they were either custom ordered or 'team color' only?

I've had a craving to add something yellow/orange into my small collection, came across a pair of fives which I'd always liked the textured tips of the arm. I am a newb when it comes to defining real vs fake when there's not sku # present. The seller noted he got them in an estate sale and has no other info for me - so I've asked him to take a number of photos, and he even weighed them on a scale 24.1g. The color looks like that of the vintage yellow straight jackets, but that wasn't a noted option in the database so are they proto's or just knock offs?

ISO BATWOLF OO9101-11 right arm.

Would ideally like a matching matte black arm, but honestly I'll settle for anything functional regardless of color - if need be I can purchase two arms if someone doesn't want to sell just one. There were a gift to myself as a pre-graduation gift. Had only worn them once before packing them with the rest of my stuff preparing to move out. So I have a near mint pair of glasses I can't exactly enjoy without the fear of them suddenly leaving my face.

Would also be interested in any incite on what they'd be worth as is w/o box. Since searching around it doesn't appear that finding a mint replacement arm will be an quick/easy task.

Thanks!

Limited Edition Straps like the 'Darkside Snowboards' strap on the purple are also of interest to me. Thanks!

Any leads on Stretchline Crowbar Goggles with the Retro Bloc text straps? I'd love to get another pair of Antifreeze (02-406) with the Bloc text strap - don't need to be complete goggles, will buy parts or without lens. Would also like a new or good condition Purple (02-455) frame.

I'd love to continue using my own pairs but some of them the frame foam and elasticity of the strap are getting worn out from years of use.

Figured it was about time I joined, have been lurking around for quite a few years. I only recently started to divulge in the area of shades, been more of a goggle guy - found the database via skiing forum; newschoolers.
