Everything except for the top of case, the part with the stamped "O" is aluminum riveted. Every other fastener is an aluminum carriage bolt. The only things on the case that aren't aluminum are the few lock nuts, the acrylic, and the locks themselves. I've already tried vise grips and bending, but that only does so much. There are sheared fasteners, ripped hinges, torn aluminum, etc. I would have to find literally 100 of the carriage bolts, which don't ever come in aluminum, to reattach everything once disassembled. I've already contacted to original case builders, Fabcon,
http://www.fabcon.com/ regarding my original rebuilding of my first mega tower. They are very helpful guys. As far as I can tell, there is not a single un-original component aside from locks on these cases. I can't run to Home Depot and get replacement parts. I'll call them ASAP and see if I can source some of the parts. To be perfectly honest, it's structurally "unsound," as the only parts that are undamaged are the shelf supports. Every single piece needs to be reworked by hands more skilled that my own. I'm not giving up, but it might be a long time, and in the long run, much more money than it would be to try and buy a new one...
