Is there a policy regarding International transfers on this site?

I ask because I found a vendor who has something I want in the UK, but they wont ship it here (I presume its an agreement with Oakley preventing this)

I'd like to see if any O-reviewers in the UK would be willing to accept a package and ship it to me in the US.

Looks like I may have to try, the vendor I ordered from yesterday just sent me notice that they dont have them in stock.
