Just general wear and tear Eric - although it happened after a holiday to Majorca with a lot of beach time. Perhaps mixing with salt water is a bad idea?

I had kittens yesterday when my beater pair of 'frios fell off my hat and hit the floor (not a mark on them) but it definitely put an end to the fun for a good hour while I inspected them! I seriously have such a complex about keeping my stuff in pristine condition...
