New member and first post I've done so please bear with me!

Love my titanium XX's and have a number of replacement lenses from Keystone/Custom X-Metal/Exovista (or whoever they are at the moment - anybody know what's going on there? They seem to be selling off their lenses cheap on EBay at the mo'), but miss the polarised lenses I have on my Square Wire's and Crosshair's.

Been searching through the post with no luck for items about X-Metal XX's with a polarised lens.

Any advice on getting polarised lenses for XX's or even modifying another set to fit would be gratefully received - and apologies if this one's been done to death before!

You can probably use a polarized m frame lens or a polarized radar lens, too.

Welcome and yeah, they have been done, and as Marcel mentioned, by ME!! Keystone lenses are cool in the appearance, but we all know Oakley is the best for optics. Here are some that I did a while back for a guy from Ebay, and they are NOT M Frame lenses, but a base that has the same curves as the original lens...They actually came out pretty sick and I liked them quite a bit. The 24k frame really pops with the ice polars...

So you know, Josh (aka Dr. Chop) is our resident lens cutter and has made some sick customs. Basically if you find a lens from another pair that is larger than the one you want, you can use a dremel to carefully cut it to size.

Or in the case of Josh, he just uses his laser-eyes to more precisely cut the lenses. And if you are super nice, I hear he will bust out his diamond tip pinky nail for some lens etching.

I have been known to pimp out some lenses with a pinky etch or two HAHA...Those diamond nail tips are tricky though...You guys are too funny...Off to the dungeon to create more happiness for someone's day!

I have a pair of revo polarized blue lenses (shhhh, yes, I know, not oakley, sorry :( )that an optometrist friend cut for my X-Metal XX's, and a pair of +Red polarized (from the womens frame, pace I think it was?) that he also cut.

One thing about polarized lenses, is that the most beneficial way to use them , is to make sure that the lenses are cut to fit into the frame using the exact same axis that they were meant to be used in the original glass, otherwise the polarizing effect gets skewed.
