I was attack first several message ago. Look back.

When exactly did the IDIOT BMCAPS attack you?? That is where the reference stemmed from, which was quoted twice. And if you didn't notice, it appears as if the initial barrage of emails back and forth (at least the one's from Rick and I) have ceased already..Where's the problem?? Last I saw, I didn't attack you, so at what point did I join your so called Taliban or become a Nazi?? See, now it's things like that, also similar in context to how he attacked me first, that brings out the lashings...Choose your words...

As I said, we're not trying to stop him, it won't happen. His remarks have been every bit as aggressive, except without the tongue in cheek tone. Even simple requests to the validity of items are responded with 'It's in the auction text!' or something similar. His attitude is terrible and an obvious cover-up for his actions, which he knows aren't right, but the best defense is a good offense. All the responses are coming back at a more intense rate than they are going out as, and it's just an indicator for his archetypal behavior.

I'll give this a little more time, then locking the thread. I think all that has been said is said.

BMCCAP never attacked, my fellow members did. And if you notice I us "we" in my statements. I am just has much to blame as everybody else. One for all and all for One.

I am not trying to start anything. I am just sick of the harassment. WE as a site need think about who WE harass. WE need to think about how WE want to help. How WE can make OUR hobby fun. I just don't think harassing some guy is fun, excuse me, I am sorry. I see that as disrepectful and it make US look bad. What I want US to think about is that sending harassing emails and bashing really help?

I am sure WE can think of something different. Right?

Fair enough, it's pretty much played out now anyway. His actions make many people's blood boil, so they speak out. Once done, nothing changes, and it all just passes. Talking about talking about it only drags it on.

Yeah, at this point it's almost impossible to latch on to any particular point or aspect of the conversation. For me, though, it's just that bmcaps sure seems to fail the moral compass in reagards to fair business practices, good business communication and the oakley brand / spirit.

So he may not do anything illegal - he didn't kill my mother or walk against the solid red hand. But he's a bad, bad man - and I don't care for him or his actions. So all the bmcaps bashing is both warranted and some great entertainment!

You know, some of the emails that BMCAPS is receiving might make him take stock of some of his business practices. And just becasue a few members go back and forth with the guy, doesn't mean that this entire site is harrassing him. This is a forum for us to discuss things and if that means bashing a non-member, what's the problem? If BMCAPS is going to solely sell his Frankenstein Oakley stuff on eBay, then why should he be afforded the hands-off treatment? And I haven't heard one time that he's asked for the e-mails to stop. Instead he ratchets them up a level.

And it's a very entertaining read....
