A better alternative might be for all of us to register five ebay accounts and then sell ultra low value items to each other (microbags spring to mind) and pay very minimal sales fees. We then all have multiple accounts which have positive feedback and can throw away those accounts by putting stupid bids on bmcaps' items (or just 'buy it now') and fail to pay for them. He'll waste so much time chasing users which are simply not going to pay for items that he'll have no time for ripping off other users, er, sorry, I mean he'll have no time for selling ultra rare items at reasonable prices to other users.

how about all of us put him in the Blocked bidders page and stop him from lurking on anything we have..That is a start...I have something up my sleeve for his ass..Cut him at the knees..

Sadly ebay do not care at all about any of that. I reported his auction of Ruby Clear Pennys. No action taken at all. As long as he keeps paying his fees ebay won't do a damn thing.

I had one auction hotlinking images off my site. They showed up in my logs, but his auction disabled right-clicking to verify the images location. Ebay basically told me they couldn't proove the images were mine.

He is a total liar in his listings...Read the "small print" and he says not Oakley lenses, yet he reiterates throughout 100% authentic Oakley or your money back..Aren't keystone/xmetal.com lenses not authentic?? Oakley needs to shut his ass down...

Keystone, to me, is an after-market supplier of accessories for your Oakley glasses. Similar in many respects to a company that offers custom wheels to fit your car, or body kits for that matter. Oakley can't touch him. Although, I bet if they felt so inclined, they could raise a stink about him using "X-Metal" in his company name or "Ruby" in his Ruby Quartz 8 custom lens. Personally, I see little logic in replacing an Oakley lens with an aftermarket lens, but then again, I would never install a set of custom rims on my car, and ground effects kits make me nauseous. (To me: Bentley grills belong on Bentley's, and Lambo doors belong on Lambo's!)

Despite people's feelings on David's lenses, he is completely up front about the fact his products are "homemade". It's when people get a hold of his products and try to hold them out as Oakley-originals that the problems begin. That's not his fault though. That's the fault of complete losers such as BMCAPS who profit by misleading people into thinking they are buying something that is Oakley when in fact it is not.

{edit} Just re-read Josh's post and I think he was referring to shutting BMCAPS down, which I completely agree with. I took it to mean they should shut Keystone down. My mistake :)

I gotcha...David is a cool guy and has some very cool colors. I personally don't have any, but that's me. As for that roach caps...I just tossed a couple of AUTHENTIC Oakley lenses out there...I have more to come, but the damn base lens is expensive...Nice to do my part though...

I wonder if the IRS would ever consider opening "investigations" into these kind of guys. I'm pretty sure these so-called Power Sellers don't claim their profits, when they probably make more money off these sales than their Burger King jobs pay. (I'm so bitter about this guy)

I've been picking apart this clown's auctions and sending him messages with all his false claims or misleading descriptions. He just responds by saying that he uses a template for his auctions and overlooked some details.
