When it comes to selling product Oakley is split up in two different groups just like paul said in another thread: online/telesales division and then the retail division which runs all the stores. Most stores dont carry every style of apparel or luggage or footwear that online carries. It is usually up to the Planning and Allocations to decide how much and what product goes to each store. There are also store and vault exclusives that do not show up online, signiture series eyewear, grab bag eyewear etc. Customer service is usually really good about tracking down an item that you are looking for and they will look through all divisions.
