I thought these guys were still pretty easy to get. Well the easiest out of the more Limited Artist Pieces.

If that makes any sense.

And here is my addition to the artist series...Thanks again to one HELL OF A MEMBER and his kindness. I swapped the standard lens for an Emerald, and soon will have the C100 logo on it to be complete (kept the originals in the box)...These are super nice in person and a real gem for any collector...Oh, and thanks to the other member who made my promo/post cards 2 notches closer to complete!!

Very nice, that's a tough one to get. Well maybe more pricey than tough but still.

I can see where you guys are coming from with the limited numbers, but if there weren't at such a low level no-one would pay the extra amount for them. The c100 price is already a bit crazy when it is converted over... it should in fact be way cheaper since the euro is worth a lot more than the USD. In any case anyone in Australia loses out if they don't have connections and I am lucky enough to get a 30% discount on any sunnies. That only really saves me from having to buy them over ebay since it comes down to around the same price before i have to pay postage :-(. Ebay prices are getting way over the top especially with the frog skins lol. If anyone wants a pair of frog skins i can get ya some for about 130 AUS and then i dunno how much postage, but it is way better than paying 200 or 300 lol. I can only get the red, black, clear and rootbeer one's so yeah i don't have the best selection, but it is better than anything.

I think for most people, the C100 was a pain to get if you weren't in Berlin. Mine took about 3 months between paying and receiving it and it was still over $600. It's a wonderful piece, but I'm glad I haven't had to jump through hoops on other pairs since then.

Ebay it a wasteland at this point, all the good deals are gone unless you want a Grey Fives 3.0 or something like that. I've been ordering off oakley.com for pretty much everything now. Haven't used ebay in a year or so.

haha so true... but the bad thing is oakley items don't hit Australia for at least 2 months and all the artist series are 250 bucks so i just watch ebay see if i can get a bargain :-). Oh and btw i just got my c100's in the mail then :-) sooooo happy... but now i want more lol. I think i will just stick with owning one set because i would just sell off the other set later on and that is just being greedy if i have two of them when there is other people here who would love a set as well. I was surprised at the box number i got if it is true with the box numbering system. I think after this set i will have to slow down with the buying of sunnies... or work more... lol.
