Just become friends with your local optical OPD and ask them to do it for you...

I think cutting your own lens adds to the fun. Buy a dremel and you are set. Check out the previous threads for some tips.

oh yeah, dremel and Oakley go hand in hand...practice on r/c car bodies...cut the same, just thicker (the lenses)...I will have a tutorial done soon...

this is exzactly what I use personally. there are many options with Dremel tools, but stick to the real deal Dremel, Craftsman, etc...There is a difference, and you wouldn't want a $20 tool to fail and screw up your $70+ lenses would you? You can try the cordless one (just got one for x mas), but I personally like the flex shaft attachemnt becasue it is more like using a pencil over a bulky torquey tool...Just use what is comfortable and in the budget. Feel free to ask any questions...

damn, a laser lens.. hrm.. i was thinking of getting one of those to cut and put on display, but I'm not sure if I wanna spend money on that lens and possibly screw up.
