texas vs. orokr from what i've heard is that the chip thats inside the orokr is said to have been copyied by a company in texas and theres a lawsuit against oakley or something. therefore there not being sold in texas or in oklahoma i believe.
but i have no idea why the hell the oce case and stuff would have anything to do with the orokrs. any1 know? or was she just saying that to get me away?

I thought the OROKR in Texas was some sort of furniture name dispute.

thats what i thought too cause i dont see why theyd single out texas and oklahoma. its totally not fair but yea i heard it was the chip thats used in side the orokr can any1 confirm?

I noticed that too Bill. But the crystal black only shows up on view "1", if you go to view 2 or view 3, the white one shows up.

I was wondering about that too. It would be nice to do the Gascans with the some of the Thump 2 lens colors.

Both the catalog and the vido that come with the OCP gift card deal feature O ROKER. So for the time being they cant be offerd in TX or OK.

I think the lawsuit is with Motorola not Oakley.

To reply to the ruby question,.... YES IT IS!,.. however, some interesting thoughts on it,.. I checked out the website, And Ruby seems to be about $325 for a set b4 shipping. ???? Seems a little low priced, and feel free to come over and shoot me for complaining, but I wonder why. Have they improved the composition, or processing time? or is R&D all paid up?

The price tag was only due to the X-men cash-in. On any other model Ruby is just a $10 fee for the premium iridium.

I was not able to get fire over the phone for an old BTO Gascan build. I bought the "thump2" lenses at an O-store in fire though.

For a while it was advised against, but customers did not care so you should not get much argument about it anymore.

FYI - Just got notice from Oakley that they are ready to ship the super exclusive GasCan Polished Black with Fire lens now to OPD A+ accounts. Only 700 will be made and then never again (says Oakley).

well i have two ..

Ever since the Thump 2 Fire replacement lens came out any one could make that combo. The Thump 2 lens has the original Fire Color as well.
