Come on Rick may have "insulted" hoots but it was not necessary for hoots to take that pic and direct the finger at Rick, that was total disrespect, might it have been a bit harsh to skull the lad? maybe? No!I am sure there is a rule about such behaviour and i think he was warned before.

Doesn't matter to me anymore. The fact that ANYONE could even imply that the Kramer tirade was in any way justifiable tells me that this is not a place I want to associate myself with any longer.

If me trying to defend this stance ends up upsetting a 16-year-old biggot well, so be it. But, to then have that pic posted and then see the comments left by some members here in support of such an act. Why would I remain a second longer? I teach 5th Grade, I don't hang out with them.

things like these that happen on our forum saddens me. there's topics that are guaranteed volatile and it just takes common sense not to post in it if one has strong opinions about the subject in question.

that said, the mods here do whatever they can to keep the peace in this place, and comparing to other forums out there i'd say they're doing a great job. forums, like all societies in real life and cyberspace, create cliques and if a clique is particularly anti-mod, then so be it... but if you have a problem with the way the mods are running the place, PM one of the mods but keep the negativity off the forums.

whoever was banned it was done with discussions and committee. also, personally i hate fueds like these because it just drives contributing members away... and it hasn't been the first time.
