Well, g26 has a really crazy colour, but I wore FF4F g26MD once and the lenses are really hard to wear for a long time (my opinion).

I think the crystal and the olive frames are very good ideas, these are also my fav's!

I just checked the lense-list and found a lens that I want for YEARS now - VR50 Emerald Iridium. Maybe other members also like this lenseoption?

Beside this.. what about violet/emerald/em slate in a olive frame? Sounds not nice... but maybe it looks better?

Emerald/olive was one of the original ideas we thought of actually. Might be too much green though. Kinda like Crystal Blue/Ice

ok a little clear up for the day, G26 is completly out sorry guys, oakley says to make that type of glass with the G26 would be damn near impossible, BUT viloet is not counted out, its a maybe, my personal fave so far would be crystal black with violet, or a matte black with emerald, oh and as of wednesday next week we will begin to do the voting on the color combo, Bill and i will moderate this tallying of votes and take the top three combos to the store for a final vote amongst the store employees and Bill as a rep for the O-review sound good, good, keep the ideas comin guys you are all doin a great job, thanks so much

That's ok, I walked around for about an hour with a G26 lens today and almost got brain fry.

Such a shame Oakley.com's picture of Crystal Black is SO NOT representative...just thought I'd warn people, cuz there it really looks like ''Crystal Grey''...but it's really dark and navy-blue'er than it appears on the picture, so be careful. I myself love the color, but if you've never seen it in real life or real picture, wait 'til you make your judgement.

you guys are very creative i love it, anyway i already spoke to Bill, im goin to contact Kelly at oakley on tuesday with all the color combos so after tuesday we will have better idea of what we cna make a reality ok, sosayin that if u would like a specific color combo that is actually available please post it up here so i can write it down and have a nice list to give to Kelly.

The olive/violet... looks like a not-so-nice crytsal black/violet *lool.
But the Olive/em slate is nice... def. my fav. behind the crystal black/violet combo.

And both lenses are rare and only available in a few frames - makes the fives much more exclusive 8).

I still prefer the crystal black - violet combo. The olive frame with a greenish lens makes it just too green. You have to have a little bit of contrast to let the sunglasses jump out of the crowd. Seeing that we all like our sunglasses to be noticed, then we would definatly have to have a pair that is not particularly plain.

I'm all about the crystal black with violet and I love the violet icon idea too. One thing though, is there any chance of making these polarized to make them even more customized? I think most of us wouldn't mind paying the extra money for something so perfect.

Have to agree there, I'd be reluctant to pay the premium for polarised.

probably not gonna be polarized guys. We want to keep this attainable for everyone. Besides, the lenses have to be cut from exisitng blanks they have lying around and they almost definately dont have violet polarized.

You guys all like crystal blacks more than matte black? Cause I really like matte black and jet black (but this is taken by Gary Scelzi).
So what do you think: MATTE BLACK/VIOLET, with violet icon?
