I was just wondering if the Cinder Red MD and the Cinder red Fives 3.0 shares the same frame colour and outlook??....

I am asking this becauze i have just gotten both right now and they seem to be so different. The MD seems to be missing the 'sparkles' thingy that was found on the Fives 3.0 and on the Pearl MDs that i have got. The MD is also kind of dodgy since it came off ebay and had the wrong box other than the normal Black MD Pic box.....but on checking, most Cinder Red MDs on ebay seems to come with the yellow box instead of the Black MD box....the MD also came from a very high profile and respectable US seller....so i am kind of lost...Is this some sort of variation in frame colour across Models??

I am hoping it is...

Any help guys??

They should be indentical minus any batch differences. And yes, most MDs are showing in teh standard Orange box now : (

Don't feel bad, my first Cinder MD had two chunks of paint completely rubbed off. No red, no sparkles, just two blotches of solid black.

should be the same color. Oil drum too.

Yeah, should be identical. Have you compared them in bright sunlight yet?
