I don't need the earbuds inside my ear anyway. When I listen, the buds are outside my ears so whats the issue. The thump rocks especially when the price dropped.

I've heard it said that the sound quality has improved for T2. Both the description for the T1 and T2 lists them as having "75MHz DSP with 18-bit Sigma Delta DAC for state-of-the-art audio fidelity" and nothing else other than that that I can find.

What specs regarding sound quality has been improved for the T2 over the T1?
