I know oakley will kill their business by doing this , but do you all think it is feasible , weight aside?

I am sure it would be feasable, but think about it.. I would be hard to cram all the electronics for both applications in to one frame... On the Thump one stem is the HD and the other stem is the Battery, along with the link to charge and download. The frame would be huge and bulky to fit both.. Now that is my opinion when you sit down and think about it.

I have it on good authority that the combination is in ithe works. I would be thinking sometime next year(christmas). This was told to me by a higher up when I was at Foothill Ranch.

Heard that too Bruce - now if they can get XM Radio and HUD implemented as well - you'll have the perfect pair of shades....

Maybe the bluetooth can link with your computer, or pda, and you can get some movies goin. Maybe partial lens coverage? Singel lens, semi-transparent? It could happen, wait that was McD's slogan. Maybe Oakley should pick up "dream it, think it, buy it from oakley!"

nah, the thump 2 is about to be released. I couldn't wait another year without my thumps. When i sold the first pair i was thought the 2's would have gone from press release to public quicker and it has been killin me while i wait. I was told though that nov. 7 will be a wonderous day, which coincidently happens to be my birthday, so i will grant myself one last self purchase for the year.
