I know Tom Cruise has some kind of connection with Oakley, but does anyone else think the aliens 'eyes' look likethey were made by Oakley....????

the aliens faces looked very independence day to me, anyone else think that?

i just came back from seeing the movie. yeah, i agree Alexis, they did remind me a lot of the ID4 aliens, although a bit more fleshy.

didn't really think much of the alien's eyes though...

Anyone spot SI A Frames during the movie? I thought I did during the scene up on the hill at night where the military was engaging the tripods (with the hummers, tanks, and copters), but it was so fleeting that I just couldn't make a positive ID.

i didnt notice them but as you say it would be hard to spot them.

Almost every military person wearing goggles in that movie had A-Frames on.

M-Frames, A-Frames, and I was told someone wore Oakley RX

tom cruise does have some kind of connection with Oakey, since Mission Impossible 2 - He even had them make the crew jackets for MI2, paid for them himself.....nice guy!!
