I thought so as well. It has a different arm though. it's matte gold. Not enough difference for me to pick this one up though.

oh that's too bad, but makes sense to differentiate it a little from the MVP. I personally don't like when the arms don't match the frame (I like more of a unified look) and would've consider these since I missed out on the MVP but not interested since the arms are different. You can still find the MVP clifden pretty regularly. They ended up in my local vault at one point. I'd keep checking ebay, they'll go for less than retail pretty often.

I have 2 pair of Clifden and really like the style but I have a very thin/narrow face and they look pretty big on me so I don't wear them that often. I wish Oakley made an "S" version or they had a smaller lens like the Mars.

I was working at KOP O store this weekend. They just received the new HSTN Metal Sepia/24K model. The lenses look more Rose Gold than 24K. I already have two HSTN and 1 HSTN Metal, but contemplating this pair just because the lens is so different than other 24K lenses.

Did you look at more than one pair to see if it was common or perhaps a fluke pair?

I looked at both pairs that came to the store. They look markedly different than other 24k

When I’m there Sunday I will take a side by side with another frame.
