Very difficult to see the signature. Oakley did a ton of custom signature lenses for their athletes back in the day. Probably more than even the number of custom microbags they put out nowadays. Most of those that have hit the collector market are motorsports-based athletes. Your pair is likely one of those. Or it may be a collector did a custom using his/her own laser, since some have figured that secret out. Tough to say.

It looks like Gary Scalzi from the shape, but yes a better pic would definitely help...

Multiple athletes had different colours for their one-off lenses. It might have been John Force that had both Black and Fire Iridium on the Juliet. I forget. One of the racing guys, anyway.

The first Juliets looks like Bobby Labonte to me but the "L" looks more like a "D" in the pictures; Labote's typical "L" looks like a cross between an "L" and a "D", so hard to say for sure. The Fire Juliet is Scotty Cannon.

Someone else said Gary Densham

Quite possibly. So very hard to see the signatures properly with the level of picture quality.
