They were part of the artist series which started around 2006 with the last one appearing a few years ago. There were many over the years and while the first few were rather limited, the remainder had a fairly good run. So while in production, it wasn't too hard to pick up. Now that they have been discontinued, they aren't as common naturally but the same can be said for and color way no longer in circulation. Given the choice between these and a plain color, they are much nicer, but there's not a holy grail aura surrounding them. Just an attractive design with decent packaging.

they are worth what you feel you want to get for them and what someone is looking to buy they are clean looking frames

Is there collector value? Sure. They look nice and are part of a collection, so they certainly trumph a plain frame. But we don't assign value here mainly for practicality reasons since these aren't coins with condition standards or price guides, but also since our efforts are better suited for informational purposes rather than fueling the secondary market which doesn't end up helping the collectors in the end. Best bet is to do a completed listing search on eBay for a ballpark, and ignore the often unfulfilled buy-it-now's that float out there.

Fuente Antix/Hijinx are DEFINITELY on my to do list. There is a high want for Artist pairs, but as is constantly stressed here, ebay Completed/Sold is your best bet. In the end, it's listing at the right time and what someone wants to pay at that time. It's all a game of chance, though, with the secondary market.

Appears your Fuente has a grey lens? I believe the Fuente's were released with Tungsten Polarized, so that may be a consideration as well.

Yes oogie the tngsten iridium polarized lense got a scratch so i replaced it w a different color. I wanted to see if they were valuable enough to repurchaze the tungsten polarized from oakley first :-)
I did speak with them this morning and they are stjll available

I understand where everyone is coming from in terms of price. I just dont wear them anymore as my taste has changed with my age. I want a pair that i will wear often i just didnt want to ignorantly trade these for a far chealer set and get taken advantage of
