The band will scuff over time. Nothing you can do, but the face will stay nice unless you take a head first dive onto the concrete like I did while tripping over a parking curb trying to get out of the rain.

I scuffed the face. bottom left side next to the sapphire. It's barely noticeable, but it's definitely there.
