The new C Wire uses the newer nosepads (as used on the Deviation, new xhair, Blender, etc.). Oakley should have them available if you call telesales, or your local OPD (optomitrist office, not sporting goods store) should have parts as well.

Another option is to check with these guys and see if they can get you the correct size/shape of the snap-in biofeel:
