My friend has offered me a pair of the 10th mountain division Gascans for $50AUS. He reckons they are legit, but they come with a plain black microfibre bag and generic white box.

I haven't seen these glasses in the flesh, but I would imagine that they should coem with as a minimum a bespoke bag?

Anyone have any ideas what I should look for to confirm if they are real or not??

i had someone offer me the same thing, with the old white box and a normal microfiber bag. and i have seen some with the custom box and bag on the bay before. but i have seen the pair with the normal white box up close, and they are indeed legit. maybe different releases?

Ya it may be hard to fake those but perhaps the box and bag have simply been lost or thrown away by a non collector.

After the 10th Mountain Division Gascans were discontinued, they were shipped with the generic white box and black microfiber bag so they are most likely legit.

I have a legit pair and they only came with a black bag and white box. The ones that you're looking at are most likely legit.

I would think you are A-OK. No one is going to fake out a 10th Mountain Div gascan and the earstem art.
