This is a good pair of medium-duty boots for laceless fans. I've now had a chance to wear them in cold, icy weather, and the relatively stiff sole provides great support and adequate traction. The mid height also provides some ankle support, which is always good in the ice and snow. The pull loops on the front and back of the opening are definitely a necessity for putting these on... I have not been able to "step into" them without rolling the soft padded collar into the boot.

Like most Oakley shoes/boots, these are somewhat narrow at the toe, but they are not as tight as other recent offerings. It only took a few hours for my feet to become accustomed to them. If the toe box was a bit wider or "squarer", I would give these 5 skulls.

One interesting detail about the design is that the outsole does not wrap upwards very far, especially in the middle. It gives the illusion that the sole is very thin, but in reality the midsole is no thinner than most other footwear. The upper material just "hides" it. This sole design appears to be common with the Flak series as well.

It's nice to see Oakley continuing to offer laceless styles. However, Muzzle seemed to have a very short production run. Hopefully we'll see more boots like this.

A good, comfortable shoe - I got a pair to replace my Merrell mocs. The Muzzles are a bit stiffer and have what seems to be a tougher sole. They also seem to be a better fit around the ankle.

I'm only giving it a 4/5 because I haven't had a chance to really abuse them yet.
