The adaptable fit is achieved with custom-engineered spring hinges and molded cam lobes that offer the comfort of progressive earstem tension. Optical clarity is wrapped and raked into a wide panorama of XYZ Optics™ lens geometry. Lens venting creates low-pressure zones for cooling airflow, and the four optional lens shapes are instantly interchangeable.

These sit a little bit closer to your face than their plastic counterparts so they give you a little bit better coverage. The earstems dont squeeze and "grip" your head like plastic frames, but they reach around your head enough that they are still very secure. very comfortable, not much heavier than plastic, and the look sharp, too!

I wear these on night boat patrol and many bugs have hit the lenses at 30-40 mph.The good the hinges, The bad the frame scratches too easily.

I would really like to replace them with a pair of zero (s) with clear lenses.
