Didnt know where to put this, but my Juliets came with an Oakley Authenticity Card - plastic, mastercard-sized thing. Shiny print on one side, with the details of your purchase on the back. Nice item, great for displays too! (although mine's just stashed away in the box with all the receipts etc)

No use for them. Just register online. But, I still keep them in every box so that I have "all of the papers", If you know what I mean.

well made of an average weight card stock... yeah well i have never sent one in yet oakley has warantied my glasses.... :)

Luckily never had to send one in, but I'm glad I always save these just in case...

Never thrown any of these away. I keep them as part of my collection.
