Very nice finish to complement the +Red lenses. It's a very deep/dark red, not overly flashy at all. I like it but don't really miss the option on other frames.

Beautifully done finish that for reasons unknown (not the glasses), are only available on the Half Wires. A deep, dark red in low light, they absolutely shimmer in bright light. Oakley needs to use this color more.

Very unique finish only available on the Half Wire. Like other metallic finishes, Red Oxide changes appearance depending on the light conditions. Indoors, it is a deep burgundy... almost black under low light. Outside or under bright light, the metallic paint really shines, and the frame takes on a deep crimson color. It complements the +Red lens quite well.
