Titanium Iridium Polarized
Contrast is more on the subtle side, compared to the other contrast lenses I've tried.
Color-wise... Definitely adds a yellowish-brown tint to things when looking through them.
The Iridium coating on this one is very pronounced -- like a mirror when looking at the lenses from the outside. Though in very sunny conditions, you can still kind of see the eyes behind them.
Very good versatile lens, more suited to bright and sunny days, but can be used in overcast conditions as well.
This is by far the best lens I've owned and I've been through more than a few in the oakley line including: Black, Black Polarized, Fire Polarized, Ruby, + Red, Gold, and VR 28 (I've tried many more also). The polarization is much more subtle and useful than with something like Black Iridium or Fire Polarized (the polarization in B.I. was distracting at times). For some reason my line of sight in bright conditions is significantly further with these than my other favorites such as Gold Iridium. Banarno is right on, these are perfect from very bright conditions to overcast. The only thing I don't like is that they appear very yellow when you're using them on overcast days. Instead of black iridium this should be the lens that's the first choice for Oakley to put in their frames. Bronze based lenses are the best and I think this is the top of the heap. IMO: Titanium Iridium is the best lens Oakley offers.
Not bad. Just got a pair with these lenses. They're not as harsh as straight Bronze or Amber. Very nice contrast.
Wow. I thought these would be like the Titanium Iridium, but these are far better! The contrast is not as heavy, and it just makes everything look extremely sharp and amazing! This is definitely one of the best lenses out there next to the VR28 Black Iridium Polarized lenses.
Very good lens!Just wore them, all day long with my half jackets yesterday. There is a nice mild brown tint, soothing to the eyes inside, and extremely impressive and reflective titanium on the outside(and I really wonder why did they ever preferred the tungsten over this for the pit boss?).The contrast is not so intensive though,(last week I was wearing a crosshair with amber lenses, and I swear, there was more green on every image than I could handle, however, that doesn't happen with the titanium). And of course the polarization is once again unbelievable.Consider that the basic titanium iridium lens is even more reflective on the outside.anyway, this one is one great lens.5 out of 5 without hesitating for a second!!!!!!!
